As part of our continuous effort to maintain optimal system performance and comply with regulatory best practices, we will be performing a cleanup of unused sender IDs (Masking Names) on the MiMSMS platform.

Effective from [1^st May 2025], any masking names that have not been used in the past 6 months will be removed from our system.

If you wish to retain any currently unused masking names for future use, please log in to your MiMSMS account and send a request to keep them active before [1^st May 2025].

After the mentioned date, any unused masking not flagged for retention will be permanently deleted. Reactivation will require a new approval request, subject to operator verification.
