Subject to section 18.6 of BTRC Directive of A2P Service Provider, By purchasing A2P SMS from ANS operators (MNO, IPTSP, and PSTN), aggregators can’t provide A2P SMS services to any organization with the assistance of third parties. They can’t appoint any person or organization as distributors, resellers, and sub-resellers.
